Real data, real regret
Hook up Google Places to hunt actual low-rated restaurants near you.
- Go to Google Cloud Console → Maps Platform and create an API key (free tier is plenty).
- Enable Places API (New) for that key.
- Paste the key below. Done — the hunt button switches to live data.
Your key is stored only in this browser (localStorage) and sent only to Google. Location lookups use OpenStreetMap’s free geocoder — no key needed.
